Processing and Delivery Time

Processing time during off peak months: orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday thru Friday) and then are ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months orders are processed as late as 5-12 business day (Monday thru Friday) and then are ready for shipping. I offer domestic and international shipping. Normally the packages after processing will arrived within 5 business day.
International Shipping: 4-8 days (Canada), 7-16 days (Worldwide) after order is processed.

Return Policy

Each order is custom and printed on demand therefore I don't accept returns unless they are a defective product. In the rare event that the product is shipped with a defect we will offer a replacement or a refund if the defect is reported within 30 days. We do not except returns in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size (please make sure you review the sizing chart in the listing), color, etc. If you change your mind or the product is not what you expected please contact us first before returning it. Unless arrangements are made with us you cover the shipping cost of the return.

Why does my new shirt have a strange smell?

The odor you may smell of your new shirt is a by-product of the custom print method used to print the design. The odor from the printing is a temporary condition. Now that you new shirt is out of the shipping bag the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

How should I wash my printed garments?

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Lost and Stolen Packages

All orders will come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you when the order is about to be shipped. Lost packages will be replaced when we confirm with the delivery service that that they indeed did lose the package. No replacement or refund will be sent until we have this confirmation. Stolen packages will not be replaced. The fault on stolen packages is not on us so we don't take responsibly for stolen packages. The customer has at least 2-5 days to make arrangement of collect the package as the tracking number will inform them when the package should arrive.
